Our Approach
Built for research,
not recommendations
Peptide information is scattered across forum posts, supplement blogs, and papers most people can't parse. PeptideGuidelines exists to fix that — structured, neutral, and built for quick reference.
What you get on every page
A consistent structure, every time
Every peptide page follows the same layout: mechanism of action, dosage table, evidence rating, side effects, and stacking notes. Whether it's BPC-157 or Dihexa, you know exactly where to look before you arrive.
Designed for scanning, not reading
Dosage tables, evidence levels, and key facts are surfaced first. Pages are built to answer your question in 30 seconds — not buried in paragraphs you have to scroll through to find a number.
Evidence ratings on every claim
We show what the research actually supports. Each page carries an explicit evidence level — from human RCTs down to animal-only or theoretical — so you can calibrate your confidence in what you're reading.
Why existing sources fall short
Most peptide information has an agenda
Forums are anecdotal and inconsistent. Reddit threads age badly, get locked, and reflect whoever replied first — not what the evidence actually shows. The loudest voices aren't always the most informed ones.
Supplement company content has a built-in conflict of interest. Their goal is to sell product. The information they publish is engineered to move you toward a purchase, not to give you an accurate picture of the research.
Academic literature is the most reliable source — and the most inaccessible. Papers require institutional access, fluency in statistical methods, and hours of cross-referencing. Most people can't or won't spend that time.
PeptideGuidelines is none of those things. It's a reference, not a recommendation engine. We don't sell anything, we don't take sponsorships, and we don't have a position on what you should do. We just document what's known.
What we're not
We're a reference, not a service
No affiliate links
We don't sell peptides, sourcing kits, or anything else. No affiliate links, no sponsored content, no upsells.
No protocols or advice
We document what protocols exist in the literature. We don't tell you what to run, at what dose, or for how long.
Structured information only
There's no comment section, no upvotes, no anecdotal experience reports. Structured information only.
Educational content only
Everything here is educational. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any decisions about peptide use.
Editorial approach
How we build and maintain pages
Every page is built from published literature and documented clinical use. We don't write from personal experience or third-party testimonials.
- We draw sources from peer-reviewed journals, clinical trial databases, and established pharmacological references
- Evidence levels are assigned editorially based on study design, sample size, and replication — and shown explicitly on every page
- Pages are updated as new research becomes available; the evidence landscape for many peptides is still developing
- We do not accept sponsored content, affiliate arrangements, or paid placements of any kind
- Dosage ranges reflect what appears in the literature and documented protocols — not what any vendor recommends
